Return Policy
To return a product at Norwegian Cruise Line Shop, you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done through our returns department. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name or number
- Invoice number
- SKU Number(s)
- Nature of the problem
In general, Norwegian Cruise Line accepts returns on merchandise within the 30-day warranty period*.
Original shipping charges are not refunded on returned items. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to Norwegian Cruise Line on returned items.
Exchanges, Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to Norwegian Cruise Lines and exchange item(s) going back.
Returns within the 30-day warranty period can be for exchange or repair at Norwegian Cruise Line's discretion. Please be aware that specific manufacturers have more restrictive return policies.
* The 30-day warranty period begins from the date of invoice.
